Eligibility :

Protean X is intended for use by individuals and entities with a legitimate business purpose. By accessing Protean X, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of Protean X complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Registration :

Certain features of Protean X may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security :

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Lawful Use :

You agree to use Protean X solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Protean X for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in any activity that violates the rights of others or inhibits their use and enjoyment of Protean X.

Prohibited Activities :

You are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of Protean X or any third party
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of Protean X
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Protean X or its related systems or networks
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Protean X's servers or networks
• Impersonating any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from Protean X.

Content Standards :

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through Protean X ('User Content'). You agree not to upload, transmit, or display any User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any party
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
• Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Ownership :

Protean X and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Protean X, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that Protean X and its services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and other foreign countries.

License Grant :

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Protean X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Protean X for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions :

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on Protean X
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Protean X
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Protean X.

Data Protection :

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any data or information that you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through Protean X. You agree to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such data or information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Compliance with Laws :

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relating to your use of Protean X, including but not limited to data protection laws, export control laws, and intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services :

Protean X may integrate with third-party services or applications that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services or applications.

Confidential Information :

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information that you receive from Protean X, including but not limited to business plans, financial information, and technical data ('Confidential Information'). You may use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of using Protean X and shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without Protean X's prior written consent.

Exclusions :

The obligations of confidentiality set forth in this section shall not apply to any information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of your own
• Was rightfully known to you without any obligation of confidentiality before its disclosure by Protean X
• Is independently developed by you without reference to Protean X's Confidential Information.
• Is rightfully obtained by you from a third party without breach of any confidentiality obligation.

Termination by You :

You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of Protean X.

Termination by Protean X :

Protean X may suspend or terminate your access to Protean X at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability to you.

Effect of Termination :

Upon termination of these Terms, your right to access and use Protean X will cease immediately. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (User Responsibilities), 7 (Confidentiality), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of these Terms.
